Residents of Southern Kaduna have continued to celebrate the end of the tenure of former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai.
The residents are happy that they are now breathing better air and the killings have reduced since he left the office.
El-Rufai who failed in his bid to be a minister had taken to Facebook to offer Friday Prayers to Allah. He wrote: “FRIDAY PRAYER: Allah the Great, Allah the Great, Allah the Great. None has the right to be worshiped but Allah alone.”

Zacks Timothy responded, “Since you left peace has been restored in southern Kaduna, God will surely judge you in your own coin. I rest my case.
Francis Stephen wrote: “Wicked soul soonest you will account for all your evil crimes.
El-Rufai served as governor of Kaduna State from 2015 to 2023. He served as minister of the Federal Capital Territory from 2003 to 2007. El-Rufai also served as director of the Bureau of Public Enterprises. He is a co-founding member of the ruling party All Progressives Congress.
