Ondo State Government budgets N245million to buy two SUVs for Assembly, Deputy, and just N107million for primary healthcare, Amid Hunger and Starvation in the land.
This has raised a lot of eyebrows and reactions from netizens as this would mean that the state plans to spend N122.5 million for each vehicle meant for the Speaker and Deputy Speaker.
The state also only budgeted N107 million for its primary healthcare management board capital expenditure for the whole of 2024, and plans to spend more than twice the money on buying Lexus Jeeps for the speaker and deputy speaker.
Only N500 million was budgeted for the Amotekun corps capital expenditure in the whole 2024 fiscal year.
N500 million was budgeted for the renovation of House of Assembly Complex.
