CEO and founder, All Talentz, Sadiq Isu, said All Talentzstarted about three years ago with the intention to make Nigerians secure spots in the global workforce.

He said; Currently, we have clients in the US and in the Canadian market, and we want to give them quality. People don’t understand what Nigerian youths stand for, and, in order to take the message to more people and build capacity, we decided to create All Talentz Hackathon.

Speaking about the company’s record, he said: “In the last three years, we have employed about 422 persons. We have over 160 clients in the US and in Canada, in 46 states in the US as well as Canada. We hire 60 people every quarter, train them on different services for three months, then assign them to work with organisations.

On the idea for the hackathon, he said: “The preparation for the Hackathon started two months ago, and the idea came while I was on my way to a tech event in Kentucky. The idea was on how we could bring the best of minds together.

The idea for the San Francisco conference is to create additional exposure for the team within the tech community, so people in the tech space could see that Nigerians have things to offer.

Our major strength is our ability to look for the right talents and train them. We pay individual to be trained, pay for all the tools needed.

The biggest challenge is the name ‘Nigeria’. When you talk to a client and you tell them that you outsource from Nigeria, the first thing they think is cyber fraud. As an organization, we stand our backing and we gain our ground we are iso certified, so, in term of data security, our data is secured and there is no bridge in data.

Speaking after being declared the winner, the leader of Team Imago, Godsfavour Ahamisi, said: “This device is as affordable as a mobile phone. A typical ultrasound machine costs N12 million in Nigeria whereas, Imago X cost about N200,000 so, apart from solving the problem of cost, we are also solving the problem of overpopulated hospitals and lack of ultrasound in many hospitals.

Speaking on other features, Ahamisi, who is also the CEO of Imago, said: “It has an Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistant a user can speak with and remind about menstrual date, time to deliver, tells the kind of food to eat, it has both text and audio features.

“We have launched the Imago application, and we will start producing the product and launch it soon. We believe that technology is a tool to solve problems, and we are solving healthcare problem.

“We are solving a universal problem, and we have the capability to branch many streams.
