Speaking about the event’s significance, Executive Director of UWGN, ‘Deola Durodola, said:, “World Clean Up Day is not just about the physical act of collecting waste but about instilling a lasting sense of environmental stewardship in our communities. The remarkable turnout of volunteers across the country reflects a growing awareness of the need for sustainable practices and a collective commitment to protecting our environment for future generations.”
While speaking on the impact of the World cleanup day, SustyVibes Head of Project, Sonia Ugwunna said the World Cleanup Day offers SustyVibes a pivotal platform to reinforce its dedication to driving behavioral change and advocating for sustainable lifestyles that benefit both the planet and society.
