From November 28th to November 30th, the serene Crown Estate in Sangotedo, Ajah-Lekki came alive with colour, culture, creativity, and commerce as residents hosted the maiden edition of the Crown Estate Trade Fair—and Listing Lasgidi, your No. 1 Lagos Lifestyle Platform, was proudly on ground to capture all the action.
The three-day event, which took place at the estate’s beautifully maintained garden, brought together families, business owners, creatives, and fun lovers in a celebration of community spirit and entrepreneurship.
A Marketplace of Talent and Innovation
Organized by the Crown Estate Properties and Residents’ Association (CEPORA), the fair featured an impressive spread of products and services from the estate’s growing population of micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) owners.
Attendees explored a lively mix of:

- Unique home décor items
- Beauty and skincare products
- ICT solutions and tech services

Residents Celebrate a Successful Comeback
One of the event organizers and member of the CEPORA Executives, Mr. Ayo Ogidan, expressed immense satisfaction with the turnout and impact of the fair.
“The idea behind the Crown Estate Trade Fair was to create a platform for our residents, many of whom are MSME owners, to gain visibility and connect with their immediate market. We are excited to see this idea actualized, empowering small businesses and transforming lives right here in our community.”

The success was so remarkable that CEPORA announced the fair will now become an annual event, setting the foundation for a tradition that will support local businesses and foster long-term community growth.
